Lagoon

After the reunion on Sunday we went with my brother and sister (Nathan and Lisa) and their families to Lagoon. Nathan's sister-in-law, Heather and her family also met us up there. It was SUPER fun!!! Thanks for letting us tag along!
Wicked was by far the scariest ride in Lagoon!!

This is some of our crew going through the loop

This loop on Wicked made me realize just how old I am - Yikes!!!Tori
Sibyl
Love this picture of Whitney - isn't it great?
Sweet little Maggie was so cute with Connor

I'm gonna get that tongue, Spider Man:)

Rattle Snake Rapids was my Fav. Although I should have reconsidered wearing white shorts...not too friendly when wet:(

Cole (aka Spider Man) smuggling a cup cake
Whitney and Danielle
Maggie Lou
Cliff Hanger - thanks but no thanks.

This is my favorite picture of Lagoon. He was crawling like this all day. He didn't like the concrete so he would crawl like a stink bug.

This was in our hotel before we left. Connor thought he was so cool because he could bite into this apple.

Salt Lake City

Before we headed home on Tuesday we stopped by temple square.

I'm gonna get you!:)

Beautiful Little Lyndi Carolyn Carlson

Introducing the newest member of the Purcell family....Lyndi Carolyn Carlson. (Josh's sister, Mitzi's fourth) She was born at 5 am on the fourth. The joke was that her middle name would be doodle or dandy.

Connor seemed SO big compared to Lyndi's little body. It's hard to believe that Connor was that small.

4th of July

Just some pictures from the 4th.

Whitney likes me to do fireworks on her face every year.
We had Josh's family over to swim, bbq, and light off fireworks. Grandma brought these cute little visors for the kids to make.

This was Emma's first time holding a sparkler and she LOVED it!

Grandpa Purcell and Josh taught Whitney how to light some of the fireworks for her first time.

SEASTRAND CELEBRATION

On the 3rd we went to the park by our house to watch the fireworks and they were actually awesome!

Josh's parents and sister, Season met us there.
LOVE this picture!!!!!

Pimp My Ride

Check out my SWEET new ride!
Notice the shark fins on the side (way cool!)
8-track player INCLUDED!

This is one of my favorite things about my husband's job...TRADES! A patient wanted to trade us their 77 T-Bird in exchange for care. Josh wanted to sell it but after I drove Whitney to school in it today, I want to keep it. It is SO much fun! Totally reminds me of my grandma Peterson's car. A friend said you have to name your car a girl name. What do you think I should call her???

Cute Buns

My little man is WALKING!!!!!! It is seriously the cutest thing to watch him. He looks way too small to be walking around.
Whitney took this picture of Connor with his "Thing 2". Grandma Purcell went to Floriday and brought back "Thing" outfits for all the grandkids. Whitney is "Thing 1". Connor wasn't too happy about getting his picture taken.

Story Telling at Hayden

Yesterday Whitney told the story of the Princess and the Pizza in front of her school. Two kids, one boy and one girl, from each of the fourth grade classes were chosen by the other classmates in their class to tell a story during yesterday's assembly. The story had to be memorized and under 5 minutes. I am SOOO proud of Whitney! I know I shouldn't brag but seriously, that's a hard thing for a kid to do and she was extremely nervous. She is not the kind of girl that likes to get up in front of people. She started out a little nervous but then she was calm and natural. She even used actions and different voices for the different characters. My favorite line was "Not the princess and the pea trick, that was so once upon a time."

Good job Whit, I love you!
